Long time no see.
BewilderedChristmas was nice and quiet, uneventful in a nutshell, which was exactly what I wanted. I got a few pressies all of which I wanted which made a nice change of pace.
New Year was a wonderful insane event. I had a party at my place with my best friends and it was all drinking, laughter and singing loud out of tune karaoke by the end of the night. In short it was fucking perfect. I haven't had a New Year's night like that in 5 years or more so thanks to my guys and gals for making my New Year.
So far 2009 has been as shite as any other year. I'm still unemployed, no car, very tight funds, but at least I have me a manbeast at long last. Even that silver lining is besmirched however. Manbeast's dad sadly died on Monday after a battle with cancer. The long distance thing is making it tough to be as supportive as I would like but we're making the best of it.
Well that pretty much sums up what's been gping on with me since my last journal update. Take things sleasy one and all.
